The company Actifrip is a company in the textile recycling created in 1995 that participates in the recovery of textile waste, approved by the Eco-organization (ECO-TLC, FEDEREC). It generates an annual turnover of two million euros and employs a total of 49 employees (direct and indirect).
We control the entire industry :
-the collection with more than 40 tonnes collected per week on our 300 voluntary point of contribution, -the sorting with more than 14 tons sorted per day in our factory located in Saint André de Cubzac,
-the distribution through the 9 stores under the Maboul brand located in the south-west of France representing 7% of our production (Maboul store and fairground trader).
-Export or 58% of our production is shipped to many countries around the world such as Africa, Central America, Asia ...
The textile collected is recycled and recycled at 96% at Actifrip, knowing that 600,000 tons of used clothing are rejected each year by the French, of which only 30% are recycled, the rest is either burned or buried with a significant impact on our planet.
Actifrip is in development for 10 years or every year we train and accompany all our employees for several months, time necessary for the formation of this profession. We are keen to develop our container fleet to ensure self-sufficiency of raw material and thus permanently secure our jobs.
